KHATMEH OSSEIRAN-HANNA has been appointed vice president for institutional advancement and external affairs for the College of Staten Island of the City University of New York. She was director of advancement, North America, for The University of Queensland, Australia. Osseiran-Hanna earned a bachelor’s from George Washington University.
