LESTER ARNOLD has been named associate vice chancellor for human resources at Winston-Salem State University. He most recently served as senior vice president of human resources for FOCUS Brands Inc. Arnold earned a bachelor’s from Norfolk State University and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
