GRACE LIANG-FRANCO has been appointed division operations officer for chemistry and chemical engineering at the California Institute of Technology. Previously senior research administrative director for the Mark and Mary Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute at the University of Southern California, Liang-Franco holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University.
