WILLIE L. TODD JR. has been appointed president of Denmark Technical College (DTC) in South Carolina. Previously vice president of academic affairs and student services at DTC, Todd holds a bachelor’s and master’s in English education from Albany State University in Georgia; a master’s in higher education administration from Regent University; and a Ph.D. in English from Georgia State University.
