KIMBERLY SCOTT has been appointed vice president for student affairs at Tuskegee University. Most recently vice chancellor for student affairs and enrollment management at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, Scott holds a bachelor’s in philosophy and sociology from Ashland College; a master’s in educational administration from the University of Akron; and a Ph.D. in higher education from Ohio University.
