YOLANDA WATSON SPIVA has been appointed president of Complete College America, a national nonprofit. She previously was the president and CEO of College Success Foundation. Watson Spiva received a bachelor’s in economics from Spelman College, a master’s in public policy from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in higher education from Georgia State University.
