NSOMBI B. RICKETTS has been appointed assistant provost for diversity and inclusion at Northwestern University. She was formerly the inaugural assistant dean of diversity and inclusion for The Graduate School at Northwestern University. Ricketts earned a B.S. in education and social policy from Northwestern University and an MBA in marketing, strategy and leadership from Emory University.
