JOHN MICHAEL LEE, JR., has been named vice chancellor for university advancement at Elizabeth City State University. He was vice president for the Office of Access and Success at the Association for Public and Land-grant-Universities. He earned a bachelor’s from Florida A&M Univeristy, a master’s from Georgia State University and a doctorate from New York University.
