cornelia-sewell-allen has been appointed dean of student life at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. She was director of multicultural affairs at the university. Sewell-Allen earned a bachelor’s from Syracuse University and a master’s from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.
