AUSTIN-LANEAUSTIN LANE has been named president of Texas Southern University. He is executive vice chancellor of Lone Star College. Lane earned a bachelor’s from Langston University in Oklahoma, a master’s from the University of Oklahoma and a doctorate from The University of Alabama.
