Dr. Wesley FountainWesley Fountain has been named vice chancellor for external affairs and military relations at Fayetteville State University. Fountain earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Winston-Salem State University, a master’s in political science and a doctorate in educational leadership and administration from Fayetteville State University.
