JOSE SARTARELLI
JOSE SARTARELLI has been named chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is chief global officer and dean of the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. He will take office in July. Sartarelli earned a bachelor’s from the Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. He earned an MBA and a doctorate from Michigan State University.

COLETTE PIERCE BURNETTE has been named president and CEO of Huston-Tillotson University, effective July 1. She last served as interim president at Pierce College in Puyallup, Washington. Pierce Burnett earned a bachelor’s from The Ohio State University and a master’s from Georgia College in Milledgeville.

VIVIAN FULLER has been appointed associate vice provost for student affairs at Jackson State University. Fuller was athletic director at Jackson State. She earned a bachelor’s from Fayetteville State University, a master’s from the University of Idaho and a doctorate from Iowa State University.
