Limas earned a bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, a master’s from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a doctorate from the University of Oregon.

TASHNI-ANN DUBROY has been named president of Shaw University. She was special assistant to the president for process optimization at Shaw. Dubroy earned a bachelor’s from Shaw University, an MBA from Rutgers University and a doctorate from North Carolina State University.

She was vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
