SHEILA RADFORD-HILL has been named chief diversity officer of Dominican University in Illinois. Radford-Hill was executive director of the Diversity Center at Luther College in Iowa. She earned a bachelor’s from DePaul University, a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Columbia Commonwealth University.

SHAH HASAN has been named provost and executive vice president of Virginia International University. He was provost and a professor of management at Urbana University. CELESTINO LIMAS has been appointed vice president for student affairs and enrollment at Heritage University. He was vice president for campus life and senior diversity officer at Lafayette College. Limas earned a bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, a master’s from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a doctorate from the University of Oregon.
