DOROTHY HORRELL has been appointed chancellor of the University of Colorado Denver, effective January 4. She was board chair of the Colorado State University Board of Governors. Horrell holds a bachelor’s, a master’s and a doctorate from Colorado State University.

JULIANA STRATTON was appointed director of the Center for Public Safety and Justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was executive director of the nonprofit Cook County Justice for Children. Stratton earned a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a juris doctor from De-Paul University.

Andres Fuentes has joined Diverse as Director of Advertising. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has more than 20 years of experience in administrative positions in various industries, from automotive to media. In his spare time, Fuentes is a drummer for a rock band and an airplane pilot. He has three children.

RHONDA M. RABBITT has been appointed dean of the School of Education at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She was assistant dean and director of graduate programs in education at Viterbo University in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Rabbitt earned a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She earned a master’s from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a doctorate from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
