CELESTINO LIMAS has been appointed vice president for student affairs and enrollment at Heritage University. He was vice president for campus life and senior diversity officer at Lafayette College. Limas earned a bachelorâs from the University of Iowa, a masterâs from the University of NebraskaâLincoln and a doctorate from the University of Oregon.

KATHRINE SWANSON has been named vice chancellor for student success and engagement at Metropolitan Community College, starting August 3. She was vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Swanson holds a bachelorâs from Northern Michigan University, a masterâs from Montana State University and a doctorate from the University of North Texas.
