KINA MALLARD has been named president of Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia. She was executive vice president and provost at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Mallard earned a bachelor’s from Middle Tennessee State University, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Tennessee.

ARNOLD HOLLAND has been appointed interim associate dean of the College of the Arts at California State University, Fullerton. He was an associate professor and program coordinator of graphic design at Cal State Fullerton.
