MANNY ROMERO has been appointed executive director of public affairs at the Borough of Manhattan Community College. Most recently, he was director of public relations at Baruch College. Romero earned an associate from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona, a bachelor’s from Northern Arizona University and a master’s from Arizona State University.
