MICHAEL V. PHAM has been appointed vice president of administrative services at Highline College. He was vice president of administrative services at Seattle Central College. Pham earned two associate degrees from Seattle Central, a bachelor’s from Central Washington University and an MBA from City University of Seattle.

RAJIB SANYAL

RAJIB SANYAL has been named dean of the School of Business at Adelphi University. He was dean of the College of Business at Ball State University. Sanyal earned bachelor’s from the University of Calcutta and the University of Delhi, respectively. He received a master’s from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a doctorate from Georgia State University.

BENJAMIN OLA. AKANDE

BENJAMIN OLA. AKANDE has been named president of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He will take office July 1. He currently serves as a professor of economics and dean of the George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology at Webster University in St. Louis. He also leads Webster’s Office of Corporate Partnerships. Akande earned a bachelor’s from Wayland Baptist University and a doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.

LORNA LE’ANNE SHAW-BERBICK has been appointed dean of the university at Kentucky State University. She was dean of the School of Arts and Humanities at the College of Saint Rose.
