LEAH BORNSTEIN has been named president of Aims Community College in Colorado, effective August 1. She was president of Coconino Community College in Arizona. Bornstein earned an associate and bachelor’s from Bradford College in Massachusetts, a master’s from the University of Vermont and a doctorate from the University of Denver.

SHEILA RADFORD-HILL has been named chief diversity officer of Dominican University in Illinois. Radford-Hill was executive director of the Diversity Center at Luther College in Iowa. She earned a bachelor’s from DePaul University, a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Columbia Commonwealth University.

He is currently dean of the College of Engineering at New Mexico State University. Jacquez earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from New Mexico State, and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.
