LILIAN-SCHUMACHERLILLIAN SCHUMACHER was named chancellor of Pennsylvania State University Beaver, effective February 1. She is vice president for academic affairs at Tiffin University in Ohio.
Schumacher earned a bachelor’s from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, and two master’s and a doctorate from Bowling Green State University.
