Since 2022, Dr. Rogers has been chief of staff and vice president for institutional effectiveness at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She also previously served as the community college’s interim vice president of instruction and learning. Prior to joining Dutchess Community College, Dr. Rogers was a faculty member and chair of the division of social sciences, sustainability, and entrepreneurship at the State University of New York at Sullivan.

Dr. Rogers is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she majored in psychology. She holds master’s and doctoral degrees in educational psychology and methodology from the University at Albany.
