Sascha Owen has been named senior vice chancellor for strategy and policy implementation from the City University of New York. Sascha OwenShe previously served as chief of staff in the New York City Comptroller’s Office. Owen holds a bachelor’s degree in religion and Judaic and Near Eastern studies from Oberlin College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
