Frank B. Ashley IIIFrank B. Ashley III has been named acting dean of the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University. He served as the executive associate dean and senior professor at the school. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana College and a master’s and doctorate from the University of Alabama.
