Dr. Carol AshCarol Ash has been appointed vice president of academic affairs and workforce development at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis. Ash holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and media arts from SIUC, a master’s in integrated mktg and comm. from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and a doctorate in higher ed and organizational change from Benedictine University.
