Greg HartGreg Hart has been appointed chief technology officer at Washington University in St. Louis. Hart earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and technology from California University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Ashland University in Ohio, and a Ph.D. in information technology management from Capella University.
