Dr. Tiffany HernandezTiffany Hernandez has been appointed president of Glendale Community College, part of Arizona’s Maricopa County Community College District. Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian language from the University of Arizona, a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law, and a Ph.D. in criminal justice from Texas State University.
