Jennifer FlattJennifer Flatt has been appointed vice president of student services at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC). Flatt earned a Ph.D. in English from Loyola University in Chicago, a master’s in English from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
