Dr. Malika CarterMalika Carter has been appointed vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion and chief diversity officer at James Madison University. Carter earned her doctorate from North Dakota State University, her master’s from the University of Vermont, her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University, and her associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
