Prabiu David has been appointed associate provost for faculty and academic staff development at Michigan State University. David earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Loyola College in Chennai, India, a master’s degree in journalism from Ohio University, and a doctorate in mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
