Tamara Michel JosserandTAMARA MICHEL JOSSERAND has been appointed vice president for development at the University of Washington. She served previously as assistant dean of advancement for the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Public Health. Josseerand, a graduate of Connecticut College, earned an MBA at the University of Chicago as well as a master’s from the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University.
