“This is the first time we’ve added an evening Stand Down for veterans who aren’t able to attend the daytime event,” said Chris Wolf, WNCC’s military and veterans affairs director. “It’s a neat way to get the vets together and visit with them about what’s available.”
Some of the available services include VA benefits, housing referrals, employment services, legal assistance, readjustment counseling and much more.
