AMMINA KOTHARI has been named director of the Harrington School of Communication and Media at the University of Rhode Island. Serving as an associate professor and director of graduate programs for the School of Communication at the Rochester Institute of Technology, she holds a Ph.D. in mass communication from Indiana University.
