VINCE RODRIGUEZ has been appointed president of Coastline College. He has held various positions at the Coast Community College District, most recently serving as vice president of instruction. He holds an associate degree from Orange Coast College, a bachelor’s in information technology and a master’s degree in education. Rodriguez also holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership from California State University, Long Beach.
