KAREN BULL has been named dean of the Division of Online Learning at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She was previously associate dean of academic affairs at Syracuse University in New York. Bull earned a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College, a master’s degree from the University of Maine and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.
