FELICIA BROWN-HAYWOOD has been appointed chief diversity officer at Millersville University. She previously was chief diversity officer at Penn State Harrisburg. She holds a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation from Cheyney University, a master’s in professional counseling from Shippensburg University, a master’s in theology/pastoral counseling from Virginia Union University, and a doctorate in adult education from Penn State University.
