LEVY BROWN has been appointed vice president of learning, student engagement, and success at Vance-Granville Community College in North Carolina. He previously was Vance-Granville’s chief academic and student affairs officer. Brown has a bachelor’s degree in communication and a doctorate in higher education leadership both from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in library science from North Carolina Central University.
