JANN LUCIANA JOSEPH has been named president of Georgia Gwinnett College, eff ective July 1. She currently serves as interim chancellor of Indiana University South Bend. Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of the West Indies in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
