Lori WilliamsLORI WILLIAMS has been named president and CEO of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements, effective August 2019. She currently serves as vice president of the WASC Senior College and University Commission. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, a master’s degree from Saint Michael’s College and a Ph.D. from Union Institute & University.
