TANIA BASTA has been appointed dean of the College of Health and Human Services at Western Kentucky University. Most recently, she was chair of the Department of Social and Public Health at Ohio University. Basta earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in community health education from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
