OYA TUKEL has been appointed dean of Martin Tuchman School of Management at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Most recently, she was a professor, associate dean of undergraduate programs and student services and director of student success and engagement at Cleveland State University. Tukel earned a bachelor’s degree from the Middle East Technical University and a Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
