ANDRE BURTON has been appointed vice president for human resources and diversity at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He previously served in the role as interim vice president. Burton earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Kent State University and a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
