MINOU DJAWDAN SPRADLEY has been appointed vice president for academic affairs at the Southwestern Community College District. Most recently, she served as vice president of instruction at San Diego City College. Spradley received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Goucher College and a doctorate in biology from the University of California, Irvine.
