ANDREW HSAndrew HsuU has been named president of The College of Charleston. Currently, he serves as provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at the University of Toledo. Hsu received a bachelor’s and master’s in hydraulic engineering from Tsinghua University and a master’s and Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from Georgia Tech.
