LORETTA MARTINEZ has been selected as chief legal counsel at the University of New Mexico. She currently serves as the general counsel and vice chancellor for legal affairs at the City University of New York. Martinez holds a bachelor’s in political science from Yale University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
