MARLA ROYNE STAFFORD was named dean of the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Stafford recently served as chair of the department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, a master’s degree from Rollins College and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
