Cable 7 12 18NANCY J. CABLE has been selected as the chancellor of the University of North Carolina, Asheville, effective August 15. She currently serves as president of the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations. Cable earned her bachelor’s degree from Marietta College, her master’s degree from the University of Vermont and a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.
