Altmann 7 12 18BARBARA K. ALTMANN has been named the 16th president of Franklin & Marshall College, effective August 2018. Altmann currently serves as provost at Bucknell University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta and a doctorate from the University of Toronto.
