LILY D. MCNAIR was named president of Tuskegee University, effective July 1. She will be the HBCU’s first female president. McNair currently serves as provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at Wagner College in New York City. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University as well as a master’s degree and doctorate from Stony Brook University.
