CYNTHIA JACKSON-HAMMOND has been added to the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Board of Directors. Jackson-Hammond currently serves as president of Central State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree and doctorate from Grambling State University and a master’s degree from the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
